I offer one-on-one coaching that meets you where you are, walking with you in the hard but hopeful work of truth, compassion, and the kind of transformation only love can bring.

Who Am I

About Me

I’m Maria Korajac, and the work I do is shaped by a deep desire to live with integrity and presence. I believe true transformation begins in kindness, where we make space for what has been hidden to come into the light and be met with grace. Much of what shapes us lives beneath the surface in ways we often don’t see, and I’m drawn to look with compassion and curiosity at those places. My approach has been formed through years of story work and training in narrative-focused formation, including study with the Freedom Academy and the Allender Center, as well as Level 1 ICF coaching training. These experiences have deepened how I see the connection between story, faith, and the slow work of becoming.Coaching is a space to engage what keeps us from living in the glory we were created for. It invites us to slow down, pay attention, and make room for the Spirit’s work of healing and renewal. We aren’t people to be fixed. We are people made for love.

Working Together

The Space

Where honesty is met with care
Coaching offers a space to slow down, listen, and engage your story with curiosity and compassion. These sessions are a place to notice what’s been shaping you and to move toward greater freedom and presence.

The Structure

Simple and intentional
Our work together takes place in a focused rhythm of six 50-minute sessions followed by one 30-minute reflection session. Each season gives time for growth and integration before choosing what’s next. You’ll be able to schedule sessions at your own pace through my online calendar, and I recommend meeting weekly or every other week to support steady engagement and reflection. All sessions are held online through Zoom for ease and privacy.

The Invitation

A first step toward connection
If this kind of work draws you, the first step is a connection call. It’s a short conversation to get a sense of what’s stirring for you and whether we’d be a good fit to begin. Coaching sessions are currently available on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings (EST).

FAQs

What is coaching?
Coaching is a reflective process that helps you notice patterns, name what matters, and take steps toward greater presence and wholeness. It offers space to slow down, listen, and engage your life with honesty and care.
Who is this for?
Coaching is for anyone who wants to live with more integrity, courage, and connection. Many come when they sense something in their life or leadership isn’t working the way it used to, or when they’re ready to grow in awareness and freedom.
What happens in a session?
Each session is a conversation shaped by curiosity and compassion. I ask engaging questions that help you see what may be driving or limiting you beneath the surface. Together we explore the stories, habits, and hopes that shape how you live and relate. This can include themes like calling and desire, boundaries, burnout, shame, relational patterns, or seasons of transition.
How does story fit into coaching?
Our stories shape how we move through the world: how we love, lead, protect, and hope. In coaching, we may find ourselves exploring those places so that old patterns lose their hold and new ways of living can take root.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Both coaching and therapy create space for growth, but they serve different needs. Therapy provides clinical care for those who need ongoing or crisis-level support through a licensed mental health professional.
Coaching, on the other hand, supports growth from a place of relative stability. It’s not therapy, nor is it for diagnosis or emergency care. In coaching, we pay attention to the patterns and beliefs that shape how you live and lead today, helping you grow in awareness, integrity, and freedom as you move toward what’s next.
Is this a faith-based space?
My foundation is rooted in faith, and that shapes the way I see people and transformation. But our conversations don’t have to include spiritual language unless that feels meaningful to you. I meet each person where they are and hold space with respect for your story and beliefs.
Why six sessions?
I believe this work happens best in seasons. Every six sessions we pause to reflect on your goals and reevaluate the direction of our work. Sometimes that means continuing for another season, and other times it means taking what has grown and carrying it into the next chapter of your life.
